This week is crazy! But, it's a good crazy. We're gonna hit our deadlines and turn out a quality release. I have another training session on Friday and that's also a deadline day.
I'm in good shape. Today will spent working on a test script, writing release notes and modifying a tech spec. I'll have a head ache tonight, for sure. :-)
My brother called last night and he was worried about Mom. Don't worry, nothing serious. He was saying that she's gone off the deep end with her political opinions this election. I had to really laugh because this is the first time Mom and I have been 100% aligned in our views. Usually my brother was closer to her views.
Not sure what happened but I had to laugh. I don't think he was expecting me (the former extreme liberal) to see the world just like Mom. Yep, I used to be a serious extreme liberal. That was years ago, in another life.
So, my brother just didn't know what to do. He thought he would get some sympathy from me but I was just cheering Mom on.
It's all good and he'll get over it.
So, with that said, here's another Maxine for you. I thought it was quite appropriate.

One more thing. Check out the side bar for my other blogs. I've updated them with some good stuff. Really cool, so check it out. In the sidebar you'll see that last time the blog was updated. So, it's easy to see what I've been up to.

I chuckled about your brother thinking something is wrong with your mom because her political views do not mesh with his - that is too funny - if that is the worse - then life is good - I hope the work situation finishes up smoothly for you!
I saw the food network thingy - that is cool!!!
take care
Ellie
go check out my blog - I tagged you to do a 6 random meme - go look
I think my Mom at 86 had changed her views on politics too. She is getting more liberal. My Regards and good luck at work getting a quality release out. Bill
This has certainly been an election year to remember!
